Wipfli LLP (USA) acquired The Condon Group Ltd (USA)

Wipfli LLP has added the partners and associates of Tinley Park, Ill.-based The Condon Group Ltd. to the firm. As a combined firm, Wipfli will have 22 offices in the United States. From its seven offices in Illinois, the firm will continue to serve businesses and individuals across the state, providing a range of audit and assurance, tax, strategic planning, technology consulting and general consulting services. “The Condon Group’s shareholders and associates are very excited about this combination,” Bill Condon, chief executive of The Condon Group, said in a statement. “The business needs of our clients are increasingly sophisticated. Joining Wipfli will help us to provide a wider breadth of services and industry experts with vast skill-sets to meet those needs.” Wipfli LLP provides accounting and business consulting services. The Condon Group, Ltd. is a regional, full-service accounting and consulting firm founded in 1973. 

CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (USA) acquired Bankers Advisory, Inc. (USA)

Bankers Advisory Inc. of Belmont has been acquired by national CPA and consulting firm CliftonLarsonAllen. All of Bankers Advisory’s more-than 30 employees, including founder Anna DeSimone, will have jobs with CliftonLarsonAllen, which has Massachusetts offices in Quincy, New Bedford and on Martha’s Vinyard. CliftonLarsonAllen is headquartered in Minnesota and has a total of about 3,500 employees. The acquisition allows the Minneapolis-based firm to grow its bank consulting business. Bankers Advisory specialised in helping banks and other mortgage lenders with regulatory compliance. CliftonLarsonAllen LLP offers financial accounting, auditing, and advisory services. Bankers Advisory, Inc. is located in Belmont Massachusetts and provides audit and consulting services to the mortgage industry.

CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (USA) acquired OneSource Professional Services Group (USA)

OneSource Professional Services Group provides accounting, tax services, consulting and technology for startups and medium-sized businesses. Minneapolis-based accounting and consulting firm CliftonLarsonAllen has acquired Gaithersburg-based OneSource Professional Services Group for an undisclosed sum. OneSource, founded in 1995, specialises in accounting, tax services, consulting and technology for start-ups and medium-sized businesses. "Our acquisition of OneSource will greatly expand our outsourcing services to better meet the ongoing needs of organisations," said CLA principal John Wooldridge. Fourteen OneSource employees will join CLA as par at of the acquisition, including principles Linda Rubenstein and George Wilson.

Respec Consulting & Services (USA) acquired Morgan Worldwide Consultants (USA)

Morgan Worldwide Consultants, a mining consulting company in Lexington, has been acquired by Respec Consulting & Services of Rapid City, S.D. Morgan's services include mine planning and design, economic analysis and feasibility studies, permitting, reclamation, and mine management consulting. Ton Kenner, CEO and president of Respec, said in the news release that Morgan "strengthens our capabilities in providing a broader complement of mining-related services while expanding our international footprint in various countries within Europe, Asia and South America." Respec's focus remains in energy, mining, natural resources, environmental planning and restoration, water quality and information technologies, according to the news release.
