Value to clients

He has operated across the full consultancy grade structure from junior, to practice leader, to Partner/Board Director to Founder/CEO. Harry successfully navigated the 12-year lifecycle of his own consulting business from founding, to start-up, to survival, to growth, to sale and integration into a larger parent group, to shareholder value realization and post-M&A earn-out. At heart, Harry is a creative entrepreneur who is keen to offer the benefit of his experience to ambitious, growing consultancies.

In 2006 Harry founded his own niche consultancy firm (Hudson & Yorke) which he sold in 2015 to Solucom in Paris (since rebranded as Wavestone). He was retained as UK CEO by the new owners in order to manage the transition and integration into the parent group. Upon completion of earn-out he formally exited the business at the end of 2017.
