Nick is the Global Head of Buyer Coverage at Equiteq and is the point of contact for acquirers of knowledge-led service firms.

 

Value to clients

Nick engages with buyers to understand what they will be prioritising in their M&A strategy. He works across offices and teams to collect insights so that we are on the pulse of what buyers are looking to acquire and provides insight on specific buyer preferences in support of business development and client delivery. Nick leverages his experience in business development and strategic advisory expertise with buy-side and invest practices to ensure comprehensive coverage of the acquirers that operate across the knowledge economy.

 

Experience

Nick began his career as a Property Underwriter in Lloyd’s of London before pursuing his MBA at Cass Business School. Nick went on to Gartner where he worked as a Market Analytics Consultant focused on the Technology sector, helping clients to deploy and manage IT services to enable business performance.

Nick holds an MBA from Cass Business School, City University London and a BA in French and Hispanic Studies from King’s College London.
