Reporting to Chief Executive Officer David Jorgenson, Robby will lead worldwide operations, lead our brand into the future, and integrate AI and technology while building a world-class talent organization.
With 17 years of experience in strategy, technology, and transformation leadership, Robby brings a proven track record of delivering exceptional growth. As Co-Founder and Chief Consulting Officer of The Bridge, a global strategy and technology consulting firm, the company’s revenue grew from $12 million to more than $45 million in just 14 months, seamlessly integrating four acquisitions, and expanding the team from 75 to more than 200 employees. The Bridge was acquired by North Highland at the end of 2024.
In his new role, Robby will spearhead a global re-brand to enhance Equiteq’s market identity, leverage advanced technology and AI to optimize client service delivery, and oversee talent and marketing functions to align with the firm’s ambitious growth across North America, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific.
