Equiteq advises System Partners on their sale to DXC Technology in Australia

Equiteq, a global leader in providing strategic and M&A advisory services to knowledge-intensive services firms, is pleased to announce it has advised System Partners, a Salesforce Platinum partner in Australia and New Zealand, to be sold to DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC), a global, end-to-end IT services company.

System Partners delivers Salesforce consulting services to enterprise businesses covering advisory, strategy mapping, end-to-end implementation services, tailored managed services and governance. These services are provided through a unique delivery and diagnostic process, which links business strategy, process, innovation and technology delivery to enhance client performance.

With more than 100 Australia-based Salesforce certified experts, the addition of System Partners will also offer DXC a comprehensive portfolio across market leading SaaS platforms.
