Plan & Prepare

We start by creating a bespoke process to optimize value and deliverability. Details of the unit to be divested are identified, including relevant IP, pro-forma financials for the carve-out, and any transitional services required. The process leverages our unique sector insights and intellectual property to highlight value drivers and optimally position the assets or business unit. We also utilize our extensive experience in preparing business plans and due diligence for sector firms to provide a solid basis for the buyer’s investment case.

Execution

Execution is led by a Managing Director with sector experience to minimize risks. We defend business value through due diligence, ensure that price agreed is maintained into exclusivity with a single buyer, negotiate detailed earn-out and commercial terms, all while tightly project-managing the agreement through to completion.
