Rhys is a Senior Associate in Equiteq's Sydney office with 8+ years of M&A and investment banking experience in Australia and NZ. Rhys has a passion and experience across SaaS, software and technology industries including completing M&A transactions, capital raises, valuations, and financial modeling mandates.

Rhys’ experience includes public market and private market sell-side M&A, capital raising, and financial modeling advising corporate and entrepreneurial clients.

Experience

Prior to joining Equiteq, Rhys worked in two boutique investment banking firms; Clare Capital (NZ) and Miles Advisory Partners (Australia), specialising in M&A, capital raising, and financial modeling as well as an in-house, corporate development role at a biotechnology company in Australia.

Rhys holds a Bachelor of Business Analysis and a Masters in Management Studies, both from the University of Waikato.
