Ronald Kang

Ronald Kang is a Senior Analyst in Equiteq's APAC M&A team, based in Singapore. His primary role is to provide support throughout the transaction lifecycle, with responsibilities including financial analysis, document preparation and targeted research.

Value to clients

With slightly over a year of experience in M&A and corporate investments, Ronald leverages his experience and his strong analytical and quantitative skills to enable clients to achieve their objectives in realizing and maximizing equity value.

Experience

Prior to joining Equiteq, Ronald was part of Evolve Capital Asia (a boutique investment bank) and was involved in capital markets advisory and fund-raising deals. 

Previously, Ronald was an Investment Summer Analyst intern at Gobi Partners, where he assessed high-potential emerging tech industries across Southeast Asia.

Ronald holds a Second-Upper Class BSc in Business Economics from the University of Exeter, England. He is fluent in English and conversational in Mandarin Chinese.
