Adam holds a BA (Hons) in Law (2006) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law, London (2007). He began his career at a specialist sell-side M&A boutique, where he led numerous deal processes and pre-sale advisory engagements. Prior to joining Equiteq, he worked at a Mayfair-based corporate finance house, delivering on a range of buy-side, sell-side, and fundraising mandates.
