Wen Hao is an Analyst in Equiteq’s European M&A team. He supports transactions by conducting company valuations, performing financial analyses, preparing deal documentation, and assisting senior team members throughout the deal lifecycle.

Experience
Before joining Equiteq, Wen Hao gained buy-side experience through internships at regional private equity firms. During these roles, he was involved in value creation initiatives, commercial due diligence, and deal sourcing across sectors such as consumer retail, healthcare, and industrials.
Wen Hao holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London.
