Equiteq LLP is pleased to announce the sales of its client, ACE International Consultants (ACE), to AECOM Technology Corporation. The deal was completed on 10th July 2014.
Equiteq is a consulting sector merger and acquisition specialist, providing both growth advisory and M&A transaction services to the global consulting and IT services industry. ACE is an international development consulting business providing economic and project management consultancy to governments in emerging economies, primarily financed by development-aid funds such as EuropeAid and the UK’s Department for International Development. Antonio Bonet, founder and CEO of ACE said: “We first met Equiteq several years ago when they brought a relevant and potential acquisition to us, so with their sector knowledge they were the obvious partner to work with once we came to launch our own transaction process.
