Jakub is an Analyst in Equiteq's European team, with his main responsibilities including company valuation, financial analysis, and preparation of deal documents.

Experience
Prior to joining Equiteq, Jakub worked at Capstone Partners, an independent middle-market investment bank. At Capstone, Jakub was involved in various buy-side and sell-side projects including buy-side advisory to Ricoh for the acquisition of MTI Technology, a provider of data & cyber security, data center modernization, modern workplace, IT managed services, and IT transformation services.
Jakub has also worked at Danescor, an off-market exchange facilitating M&A transactions in the mid-market. Throughout his time there, he supported a variety of transactions in the IT Services and Telecommunications industries.
He holds a Masters in Finance and Investments from the University of Bristol. He is also Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and passed all Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) exams.
Having grown up in Poland, he is fluent in English and Polish.
