He stays close to market trends, sector themes, and each firm’s investment thesis and portfolio strategy, with the goal of making Equiteq the preferred M&A advisor for knowledge economy businesses across the middle market.

Experience
Arthur joined Equiteq from Alkali Partners, where he served as Vice President, sourcing and advising on M&A transactions for software companies. He brings over a decade of experience in banking and business development across Berenson Capital, Arbor Advisors, and Axial Networks, with a strong track record of closing sell-side M&A deals in software and technology. Arthur holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia, where he was a four-year letterman in track and field and an ACC Outdoor Champion.
