What to expect

A career in M&A is often described as an apprenticeship, where much of the real insight and learning is gained through transactional experience. Our internship programs are designed to provide an introduction to mid-market M&A, balanced with real-life deal exposure.

We offer 10-week paid Summer Internship programs within our New York, Boston, Atlanta and London offices, and longer-term placements for 3 to 6 months in our Singapore office.

It’s a great opportunity for potential candidates to experience our culture and teamwork up close. We’ve identified many of our talented team through our internship programs and so we actively look to extend permanent offers to high potential candidates we work with.

FAQs

Not necessarily, we are open to students from all disciplines. We do require a solid knowledge of accounting and financial modelling skills, but this can be gained through practical experience, academic or self study.

Yes, we will need you to be eligible to work in the location of our offices. You are welcome to apply to any of our locations where that is applicable for you.

Our program is aimed at penultimate or final year undergraduate students, but we are keen to hear from talented students at all stages, who are passionate about a career in M&A.
