Equiteq Advises Solnet Solutions on its sale to Accenture

Equiteq is pleased to announce that it has advised Solnet Solutions, a leading IT services provider in New Zealand, on its sale to Accenture, expanding its cloud first capabilities.

Solnet’s team of more than 100 technologists will join Accenture to bolster Accenture’s local cloud and infrastructure engineering offerings, helping clients tap into a full continuum of technical capabilities to accelerate their digital transformation.
