Global markets continued to strengthen in Q3, with the S&P 500, Nasdaq and ASX 200 all closing at record highs. Mid-market activity was particularly strong, with several notable transactions achieving high valuations.
Cross-border interest remains a defining theme, with around half of the deals captured this quarter involving international acquirers. Local private equity firms were also active, with PE-backed platforms continuing to deploy capital across the region.
