Equiteq, the leading global boutique investment bank for technology services and specialty consulting companies, is delighted to announce the promotion of Ravi Dosanjh to Managing Director.
Based in Equiteq's New York office, Ravi steps into the Managing Director role as a homegrown leader who has built his M&A career over more than a decade at Equiteq, exclusively advising clients across technology services and specialty consulting.
In his expanded role, Ravi will lead origination and execution across technology services and specialty consulting M&A, mentor the next generation of bankers, and play a central part in shaping the firm's strategic direction in the United States.
"RAVI DOSANJH, HE'S ONE OF OUR OWN"
Commenting on the promotion, Ravi said: "Equiteq invested in me at the start of my career and the firm has been my home ever since. I’ve had the opportunity to grow alongside the firm and I’m enormously proud to step into the Managing Director role at a moment when Equiteq is investing in growth and ambition like never before. My focus in this expanded role continues to be helping our clients achieve outstanding outcomes and helping the next generation of Equiteq bankers build careers as rewarding as mine has been."
Equiteq's CEO, David Jorgenson, added: "Ravi's promotion is a moment we take real pride in as a firm. Building a career from the beginning to Managing Director at the same firm is a rare achievement in our industry, and it tells you everything about Ravi's caliber, his commitment to our clients, and the strength of the culture we've built. He embodies the values we hire for and the standard we set ourselves. We're proud to recognise him at this level as we continue our mission to build the leading global boutique investment bank for technology and specialty services companies — blending emotional intelligence and AI to redefine the future of investment banking."
