Adam is an Associate in Equiteq’s European M&A team, where he advises clients on end-to-end sell-side and buy-side transactions. His responsibilities include preparing deal documentation, conducting financial analysis, identifying suitable buyers, and managing transaction processes.

Experience
Adam joined Equiteq in 2021 after graduating with a degree in Classics from the University of Oxford. Since then, he has supported numerous buy-side and sell-side transactions across the UK and wider European markets. He is also actively involved in Equiteq’s Strategic Advisory practice and supports the firm’s origination efforts.
Prior to joining Equiteq, Adam gained experience at a boutique wealth management firm and a leading UK private bank.
