Alex has two decades of client advisory experience, nearly 15 years of which have been in M&A advisory roles focused on the technology services sector. He offers deep expertise at the intersection of professional services and high-growth technology themes, such as data/AI, digital transformation, and cloud services. He has advised clients through M&A and growth equity transactions with premier, global strategic buyers and private equity investors.
Before joining Equiteq, Alex was a Managing Director at Lincoln International, where he led Technology Services coverage in North America. His career includes investment banking roles with Wells Fargo and Clearsight Advisors, where he was a partner through the firm’s growth and sale to Regions Financial. He started his career as an economic consultant with Charles River Associates.
Alex holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business (University of Virginia) and a BS in Chemistry from Haverford College.
