As a Managing Director based in Singapore, Arun focuses on managing and executing sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions and growth equity fundraising projects for founder-owned or PE-backed companies and larger corporations across South East Asia and India.

With over a decade of experience advising growth companies in the technology consulting / services and enterprise software domains across India, United States and South East Asia, Arun has extensive knowledge and understanding of the market and the dynamics driving cross-border transactions. Arun focuses on developing long-term relationships and being the trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic advice to help them navigate through decision making and negotiations, especially in situations involving complex stakeholder dynamics / objectives.

Experience

Most recently, Arun was a member of the corporate finance team at Ernst & Young (EY) Singapore focused on advising technology clients across South East Asia and India. Prior to EY, Arun worked at Signal Hill (DC Advisory / Daiwa Securities Group Inc. company) across the United States and Indian offices, holding several roles over his 5+ years with the company including helping setup the India operations. Before joining Signal Hill, Arun was the Head of Strategic Planning at a startup which provided consulting and skill enhancement / training services to life sciences organisations. Arun began his career in the investment banking team of EY India. Arun holds an MBA from the SC Johnson College of Business Cornell University, MSc in Banking and International Finance from Cass Business School, City University London and a B.Eng in Computer Science Engineering from R.V. College of Engineering, Bangalore (VTU).
