Experience
Caimin joined from KPMG Ireland’s Corporate Finance practice, where he advised Irish mid-market companies throughout the M&A lifecycle. Across roles, he has led valuation and financial modeling, prepared marketing materials and management presentations, coordinated diligence workstreams, and supported negotiations with financial sponsors and strategic acquirers.
Caimin is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and holds an MSc. Finance from Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School (UCD) and a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin.
