Chi Hao is a Vice President in Equiteq’s APAC team, based in Singapore. He supports clients throughout the M&A transaction lifecycle, with responsibilities including financial analysis, buyer identification, outreach coordination, and the preparation of deal documentation.

Experience
Before joining Equiteq, Chi Hao was part of the M&A & Capital Markets Advisory team at KPMG Corporate Finance in Singapore, where he worked on numerous sell-side, fundraising, and valuation engagements across a variety of industries and geographies. Prior to that, he was with ZJ Advisory, a boutique corporate finance firm in Malaysia.
Chi Hao is both a CFA and CAIA charterholder. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Victoria University, with a double major in Banking & Finance and Financial Risk Management.
