Clement Mouvaux

As an Analyst on the ANZ M&A team, Clement is responsible for conducting company valuations, financial modelling, and preparing marketing materials to support deal execution. He also provides analytical and operational support to senior bankers throughout the transaction process.

Experience

Clement holds a Master’s in Corporate Finance from the IESEG School of Management in France. Prior to joining Equiteq, he gained hands-on experience through multiple internships in corporate finance.

Most recently, he completed a six-month internship at I-Deal Development, an M&A boutique in Paris focused on supporting SMEs with external growth strategies. He also interned for six months at Deloitte Luxembourg as an auditor, specializing in investment and hedge funds.
