Jay joined Equiteq in 2026, bringing over four years of M&A experience. He previously held roles at Lincoln International, Deloitte and Shard Credit Partners.
Jay is originally from South Africa and holds a Chartered Accountant designation. He holds a B.Bus.Sci (Finance and Accounting) from the University of Cape Town.
