Experience
Jerome is passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship. He has successfully led numerous transactions involving global entrepreneurs, growth equity investors, and strategic acquirers across sectors including digital services, ICT, outsourcing, software, data analytics, and infrastructure services.
Previously, Jerome was part of the founding team and served on the board of Avendus Capital’s European business, a boutique advisory firm specializing in technology and outsourcing. Before that, he worked in Deloitte’s M&A Lead Advisory team in Paris and began his career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan.
He holds an MSc from ESCP Europe (Paris) and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow. Jerome is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
