Experience
Mitali has over four years of experience executing M&A and capital advisory transactions. Prior to joining Equiteq, she was an Investment Banking Associate at Oaklins DeSilva + Phillips, advising founder-owned businesses on sell-side transactions across business services, data & information services, education, and tech-enabled platforms.
Previously, she was an Investment Banking Analyst in Evercore’s Private Capital Advisory team, where she advised private equity clients on portfolio company sales, minority investments, and capital solutions. Across roles, she has led valuation and financial modelling, prepared marketing materials and management presentations, coordinated buyer diligence, and supported negotiations with financial sponsors and strategic acquirers.
