Nick Barsha

Nick is a Associate within Equiteq’s Sydney M&A Team. He works across the entire transaction lifecycle, from initial value optimizations through to execution M&A.

Value to clients

With extensive experience in supporting privately held businesses, Nick brings an understanding of shareholder motivations and the commercial/value drivers of these enterprises from both an operational and transactional perspective. 

Experience

Nick joined Equiteq in 2022. Prior to this, he worked for over 3 years in the Private Advisory and M&A teams at Grant Thornton. During this time, he assisted business owners across the entire lifecycle of companies, including operational and compliance considerations, commercial reviews, and transactional support including buy-side, sell-side, and valuations.   

Nick holds a dual degree in Business and Commerce from the University of Queensland, and a graduate diploma from Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.
