Experience
Parvez joined Equiteq from Baird, where he was part of the European M&A team. Prior to that, he worked at Barclays, advising on UK public and private M&A transactions, with a focus on business and infrastructure services. He began his banking career at Wells Fargo in London.
He is particularly passionate about working with founder-led businesses in sectors such as specialty consulting, digital infrastructure, and managed IT services.
Parvez holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and a B.Com (Honours) from the University of Delhi. He is fluent in English, Hindi, and Urdu.
