With a multi-year track record at Equiteq and a background in management consulting, he brings strong commercial, technology, and financial insight to every project.
Experience
Phil began his career as a management consultant, specializing in Supply Chain Management. He has led global transformation programs and localized improvement initiatives, supporting renowned brands, including Ray-Ban and Toyota Motor Corporation (through his own consultancy). At Equiteq, Phil has guided numerous consulting firms through successful sales, offering end-to-end advisory and leadership; and he has contributed to the company's strategic development through support to the leadership team, and delivery of key digital transformation projects.
