Robby brings 17 years of leadership experience in professional services, most recently co-founding The Bridge, where he was part of an executive team that grew revenue from $12M to $50M in 14 months, integrated four acquisitions, and scaled the team from 75 to 225. An award-winning author and speaker, he holds an MBA from Boston University and a BBA from the University of Oklahoma.
