Simon brings over 15 years of international experience advising clients on strategic M&A, growth capital, and private equity deals across global markets. His sector expertise includes cybersecurity, digital engineering, cloud transformation, and data, with a strong industry focus on BFSI, life sciences, and healthcare. He maintains a broad network of global buyers and investors active in these ecosystems.
Prior to joining Equiteq, Simon worked in the M&A Deal Advisory team at Mazars in the UK. He later joined TH Global Capital, relocating from London to Melbourne in 2023 to establish and lead the firm’s APAC operations.
Simon is an ACA-qualified chartered accountant.
