Sylvaine has deep sector expertise in Technology and Professional Services. She has worked with a wide range of clients to conduct strategic reviews, drive business development, support international market entry, prepare for exit, and execute successful M&A transactions. She leads Equiteq’s Asia Pacific deal team.
Her international career includes roles in India, Argentina, France, and Australia. In 2012, she relocated to Singapore to co-establish Equiteq’s Asia Pacific operations.
Sylvaine holds a Master’s in Management from ESSEC Business School, an MSc in Applied Mathematics and Finance from Paris Dauphine, and an Engineer’s degree in Financial Mathematics and Computer Science from EISTI.
