With background in supporting founder-owned, bootstrapped and multi-national corporations, Vidyut brings deep understanding of sell-side processes, primary and secondary markets to create value for the stakeholders from both an operational and transactional perspective.
Experience
Vidyut joined Equiteq in December of 2025. Prior to this, he was an intern for the Equity Capital Markets team at Tigress Financial Partners, and Analyst intern at Wellesley Hills Financial. During his time at Wellesley Hills, he supported sell-side M&A and capital raising transactions in the Fintech and SaaS space, with experience across the transactional lifecycle to assist business owners through marketing materials, financial models, and due diligence.
Vidyut holds a Master of Science in Finance from Brandeis International Business School, a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounts and Finance, and is a CFA Level III candidate.
