Before joining Equiteq, Will worked as an Analyst in the Debt Capital Markets group at M&T Bank, where he advised middle-market companies on strategic capital-raising initiatives.
Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bucknell University's Freeman College of Management, graduating with honors. He concentrated in Finance, minored in Real Estate, and was a member of the university’s Baseball team.
