Equiteq acted as exclusive financial adviser to Dentsu, the 4th largest digital agency in the world, on the sale of its ANZ Salesforce consulting division to Enduring Ventures, a US-based investment holding company.
The carved-out business unit is a 130+ person Salesforce Summit Partner providing consulting, advisory and delivery services to leading global enterprise and public sector clients across Australia and New Zealand.
