(“GoSaaS” or the “Company”), an Oracle-focused consulting firm specializing in product lifecycle management, logistics, and supply chain management, on its sale to Argano (“Argano”), the first and largest Global Specialist Consultancy focused on the design and delivery of High-Performance Business Operations. The transaction represents Argano’s fourteenth acquisition since launching its transformational growth program in April 2025, and its thirtieth since the company’s founding in 2020.
