Acquisition International has named Adam Dudley Fryar, Vice President in Equiteq's London team, as the winner of "Most Promising M&A Advisory Leader 2026: Technology Services (United Kingdom)" in its 2026 Business Leader Awards.

ADAM DUDLEY FRYAR has been recognized for his contribution to M&A in the UK and Europe, with a particular focus on technology services and consulting. Since joining Equiteq in 2021, Adam has advised on more than eight successful transactions, and has played an active role in expanding the firm's presence in the founder-owned and private equity advisory markets.
The recognition reflects both Adam's individual track record and the strength of Equiteq's European franchise, which continues to grow alongside the firm's wider global expansion in technology and specialty services M&A.
