Filip Kowalewski

Filip is part of the Buy-Side and Market Intelligence team in the US where he advises clients on buy-side M&A projects and is also responsible for business development activities.

Filip leverages his background in supporting acquirers on deal-sourcing and due-diligence projects and has deep experience managing client delivery throughout the deal lifecycle. His experience spans market mapping, company identification and engagement of owners and senior executives of relevant businesses. He also has a deep background and a strong understanding of the needs of private equity clients.

Experience

Prior to joining Equiteq, Filip was a Manager in the private equity business at Third Bridge, a primary research and expert network firm. In this role, he was responsible for a portfolio of mega-cap and mid-market private equity firms and led a team focused on supporting clients on deal-sourcing and due-diligence projects. He was also heavily involved in strategic and operational initiatives focused on scaling the Third Bridge business in Europe.
