Experience
Nataly brings over 18 years of experience in corporate finance and M&A. She began her career at UBS AG and Greentech Capital Advisors AG, working across Zurich and New York.
In 2013, she founded and led INVIN, an independent M&A advisory firm she ran for more than a decade, advising clients across Switzerland and Europe on transactions spanning technology, sustainability, media, fintech, and other innovation-driven sectors. Over her career, she has advised on transactions representing several billions in aggregate value and supported more than 50 SMEs and start-ups on strategic positioning, fundraising, and exits.
